Can I use someone's shampoodle?

Lately I've been TT'ing a lot, and it makes my hair go all messy. (luckily my hair bow wig hides it.) I was just wondering if I could visit someone's salon to change my hairstyle and colour? I'm willing to give 10 TBT to the person who invites me. c:
