Yes you can, if she has came once then you have spent enough bells there.
Once she comes, complete the fashion check, TT a day forward and save and quit. TT back to the original day and she will be there asking for something else. You could do this until you have all four done.

Yes you can, I actually got T&T emporium and passed all Gracie check ups or in one day when I was trying to TT a villager out :3 It's actually easier than I thought it'd be o-o
