Can I tt a villager out this way?

So today, Kabuki pinged me to move out. I told him no, but it got me thinking- if I time traveled a day ahead, and then went back to the present, would somebody else try to leave? I have Avery in my town, and he's a big sweetie, but it's time for him to go. (Also, if you want him when he leaves, just let me know and you can have him )

It doesn't necessarily take 4 days, it seems to be anywhere between 1-5 or 6 days (possibly even more). Two days ago I stopped someone from moving and today I had the next one asking to leave.

Oh? I read this from the guide it said at least within 4 days of someone moving or moving out =x and if a villagers ping it will be another 4 days~ lols I have not really do TT myself...I wanted but I want spend a bit more time before I make them move (for dreamies to come in)
