I personally would love to see someone try to stick a PlayStation disc in the cartridge slot on a switch lol
but fr, if the game is made solely for PS then no. there are games made for both platforms though, but one version cant be played on all consoles if that makes sense. I know there are Harvest Moon games on the switch, but if you have the PlayStation version then you'll have to buy the game again and get the Switch version.
