Can I go to your town?

So, I'm not new to Animal Crossing, I've been playing since the game cube game came out, but I'm new to the 3DS in general and New Leaf is the only game I have.

Wondering if anyone could let me into their town and many offer me some fruit? I have peaches. Basically just looking for some help Any tips or anything will help!
