Can I go shop at anyone's T and T Emporium?

Theres alot of gracie items i need, but i dont have emporium. It would be real helpful if anyone could let me shop at theirs! (i would prefer any season except winter (i dont like what she sells in winter xD so if your town is set in a season other than winter i would really prefer that) Sorry if i sound picky; i just really need mostly the sweet and princess furniture, and a little bit of clothing. Thank you!
