Can I get this friend back??

I didn't know where to ask so I hope i'm in the right place here..
Since my friend list is full and I like to trade, i have to keep deleting friends to make room for new ones. But now I've made a mistake and deleted a 'best friend' from my friends list. She IS still on my best friends list and i can see her dream adress on there, but i can't find her FC anywhere to re-add her. I have already visited her dream adress, hoping to find her fc somewhere but nothing..

She and I really got along in this game so i'm kinda bumbed i made this mistake. Is there any way to get her FC back? I'm not sure where i got her fc from, prob from jvgs but i checked and i don't see her on there either..

If she is showing on your best friends list still, you could be able to message her, explain what happened and ask to exchange codes. it only lets you send short little messages though.

She hasn't been online since then and she was online pretty often before i deleted her. So I thought best friends will still remain in your best friends list but they just won't show up online anymore.. At least, that's what i thought..
Are you sure I should still be able to see her online??
