Pokémon Can I borrow a prism scale? (Will pay to be lent!)

So, in X, I'm playing a Mystery Egg Challenge, where I get 6 different eggs from different people, and use the pokemon I get throughout the whole game. Someone sent me a Feebas, and I just can't work with it @.@ I'd love to be able to evolve her! I will pay for the help! I can pay either in TBT, IGB, or something from the pokemon game! Pokemon or items, just tell me what you'd like ^^

Well they made it easier on ORAS to evolve Feebas like they did in Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald and Platinum/Pearl, all you have to do is raise Feebas' beauty to maximum with Pokeblocks and level it once.

I'm running a wonderlocke on Y at the moment, so it'd be useless to me; I haven't gotten to the location to pick up the Prism Scale, but if you haven't found anyone who has it by the time I have (I'll PM you when I get there if you're still looking. I just arrived in Dendemille Town, so I still have a little to go before I get to Couriway Town), you're welcome to it (no charge; I'll prolly be resetting the game after I finish the wonderlocke, anyway).

I have gotten a couple of Prism Scales by using a Pickup party in Pokemon Y and I'll give you one to use.
