Buying Can anyone make QR clothing?

I didn't know what prefix to set this as. I have really bad eyesight so I can't make patterns myself. I saw this QR shirt on Tumblr but the person made it themselves for personal use only. I was hoping someone could make it again so I could use it with blue polka shorts please.
