Okay, so I know how to do it. I'm just wondering if there's certain tricks to getting your preferred villagers faster. I don't mind if it's too tedious, but this is ridiculous. I've reset 14 times so far, and there hasn't even been a single camper. I'm SURE I did everything right. But, is there any way to increase chances of actually getting a camper?
