Is it possible to go to someone's town, and claim someone from their campsite?

Very rare indeed, I never saw someone who had that work and there are even people who try to scam others by saying it will work always, 100% :O

No, you can't. I've tried... I went to someone else's town and talked to their camper. I didn't even get to play any games with them -- they said nothing to me but stuff like "I'm here camping", and that's about it. Sorry.
