The new campground is great, but there's some parts I still don't understand.

- How do you "summon" someone to your campground? What is the central doohickey, truly?
- How long does a summoned person stay there?
- Can villagers interact with it? Can I do anything up there like plant flowers?

Thank you for the help! adwa.gif

you summon npcs to your campground by scanning amiibo figures. you'll be able to select "let's hang out!" and they'll bring their rv to the empty space next to the daily npc rv, and you can order furniture from them and stuff.

they stay there for the rest of the day. then the next day, you can summon them again or scan a different figure, if you have more than one.

i've never seen a villager up there, nor have i tried to plant anything or dig. sorry!

Cool! But, besides the genie, how do i scan amiibo figures? I've tried every option when talking to Harvey and got nothing. :c Does it work with amiibo cards as well?

You need to wait until Wisp shows up. The day after you update, he should call out to you at a random time and you'll be able to put his lamp in your home.

You can scan one Amiibo through him per game day. Only the Amiibo figures can show up in your campground. With the cards, you can move villagers in or have them give you items.

You can't.

In addition to the figures, the Sanrio and Welcome Amiibo cards have RVs for the characters. But as Claude said, the series 1-4 cards can be used through the lamp (and for Desert Island Escape) but they don't have RVs.

Oh, gotcha! Well, christmas is coming up anyways :D Thank you guys for the help!
