So I got a camper that I kinda like and I want her to move in when she moves in will it be where the tent is?

I mean I want a 10th villager but I like have the camp site too.

Yes, the campsite stays forever. It will never be removed. Afterall, there are camper and igloo exclusive items that you can get from it. If it disappears, it'd be difficult to get those items.
