Hi,
I have Tasha in my camping right now (finally someone I kinda like after a blue mouse, a red frog and a green squirrel...), I can't decide whether or not to let her stay, I'm stuck on the screen where she asks if she should move in, dunno what to do. Can I say no, think it through and maybe see if I've changed my mind in a few hours (and if so invite her to stay) ?
I am trying to get some of my islanders to leave, but I kinda wanted to go island hopping again, it would make my day busy,
but at the same time, I don't have a snooty yet and Tasha seems kinda nice, I'm just afraid that inviting a camper would delay the next "moving out thought bubble".
Anyway, can you change your mind after declining a camper's offer to move in ?

From my experience: When I had Cherry in my camping, I couldn't invite her until I laid a new plot (since I was full by then). Next when I talked to her and tell her to come, she refused a few times, and when she finally accepted, we played a completely random game which I failed, so she told me she wasn't moving. I had to repeat again until I won to be able to invite her over. But once I won, she already called resident services and the plot was reserved for her, so after that I think you cannot change your mind. Hope it's useful :)

People moving out is entirely random. I think it's impossible for someone to move out on even days and days where someone else is in boxes, be it that they're moving in or moving out.

If you need someone out ASAP, skipping a year forward has guaranteed someone wanting to leave each time I did that.

I got to that option with the 1st camper and didn't pick anything. I closed it without saying. Then I realized I have to invite the 1st camper and went back and had to restart the conversation to officially invite him.

You can try closing it without saving and see it will restart your conversation with the camper.

Thank you for your answers ! I did indeed reset and still ended up inviting her in the end. It took me hours to get her to choose the right villager to replace (seriously she might have mentioned every other islander 3 or 4 times...) after failing countless times to find the right card colour/pattern. When people said you could reset who camping guests want to replace, I never imagined it implied going through all the never ending dialogue and minigames again everytime, I almost started disliking her after 3 or 4 hours of resetting haha. Bad RNG sucks.
