Buying Cabana/Mermaid furniture

Hey guys, I'm looking any and all mermaid and cabana furniture. Really any island or Club Tortimer furniture piece. I'm looking to pay 200,000 Bells for each item. I could barter a bit for it if it's not to your liking, but that's what I would ideally like to pay.
