Hey, I don't know if you're aware of this yet, but I wanted to mention it: You can actually get that red-roof brick well easily yourself!
All you have to do is order the brick well recipe at the Nook Stop using Nook Miles (where you would also buy NMTs or all the fence DIYs and whatnot). Then you can craft it and after that, customize it yourself to have the red roof! You don't need to pay anyone to get it haha
