Same here. I hate putting prices on things I'm not sure about x3x If I'd sold the set before I'd be able to give you a solid price, but I've never even owned a piece until now xD I was shocked when I saw it too. I was expecting 30-50k at MOST. I did a search of the forums for 'sloppy' and had a look at a few shops. There were people offering bells for items, people buying them at set prices and I was like '... o-o'. I found it in Re-Tail and picked it up for 4000 ish bells o-o It's insane x3x I didn't know people wanted them that badly x3x

Sloppy goes for, normally, 900k - 1 mil. However, the most common swap is in trade for other pieces of the set. I know since I've been having to trade and/or buy pieces for my little brother. Cardboard is another set, like sloppy, but only furniture pieces.

It can be found, rarely like the sloppy set, in the police office. It is rarer to see, but from the sales I've seen, goes for 1 mil and above (or, again, a trade across).

EDIT: I believe I have either the closet or the dresser for the floor, bed, chair, table, or lamp in trade.
