If you're willing to time travel to increase your money, deposit it and travel many years to the future. The interest rate will be quite decent. It will mess up your town though, it's up to you if you're willing to sacrifice villagers.

There are many helpful videos and threads out there on how to make money, also trading tbt (forum currency) for in-game-bells (igb) is quite effective.

it will increase your money because as time goes on, the amount of money in your savings account earns interest... free money basically. the higher the amount of money in your ABD, the higher amount of interest.
