I'm really interested in the Full Moon Vanity. Idk if it's a DLC or what, but it's super cool either way. QwQ

I'm willing to pay any amount of bells, plus I have all of the Rococo set minus the lamp and some other rare-ish stuff.

You don't have to pay for it! Just go to the post office and ask for a present. It's September's monthly DLC, just like the Rainbow Screen, Palm-Tree Lamp, and Fireworks Table before it.

You are correct! Thanks for bringing that up. I meant to add that in there, but I skipped it over for some reason. Haha!

Another word of advice to the OP (and others) is that places like Japan and Europe will get the monthly DLC before North America (time zones!), so if you see someone getting this "super special DLC" that you've never seen before and selling them off, you don't have to fall for that if it's just going to be distributed everywhere! It pays to just do a little bit of research so that you don't end up making a bad trade or paying ridiculous amounts of money for something that's literally gifted to you.
