Buying [Buying] boxing-ring mat, ringside seating, neutral corner and exercise bike

Hello, everyone! Been waiting/trying to find these items for a long while now and have come up short. Can anyone help me out? I'm not entire sure what to offer for the flooring and wallpaper but I am willing to haggle! Also, I've got Muffy's pic, a complete Diplodocus, the entirely silvered-modern series and any number of gyroids for trade as well.

I guess I can start by offering 100k (tell me if that's low) for the wallpaper and flooring and 20k for the neutral corner and exercise bike. I'd be super grateful for any help you guys can give me!
