Buying Buying 24 Hour ABD

How much do they go for i can either trade TBT Bells or ACNL Bells.

TBT bells are easier because i'm redoing my town and houses and i need the 24 Hour ABD so i don't have to wait for nooks to open in the morning and i don't want to spend my cash on the forums.
