In my cycle town, Cycle, the Cranky dog Butch has informed my mayor that he is ready to move.

I intend to reset this cycle town; so, with that in mind, Butch will be the first Giveaway villager. (In my opinion, he's an excellent character.)

It is just after 01:30 p.m. ET on [Thursday] 06.26.2014. If there isn't a taker by 06:00 a.m. ET on [Friday] 06.27.2014, I will cancel his moving and go to the next villager who pings.
