Busted PS3

[TD="class: text, colspan: 2"]About five minutes ago (about 11:20 PM Central Time) my PS3 system shut off, randomly. When I tried to turn it back on, it blinked red, then blinked green and then shut off again. I looked online and from the answers to the many questions, I guess that the laser lens needs to be cleaned/fixed or it may be a problem with the hard drive. The solutions to this are to fix it myself by taking it apart, but I do not have the knowledge to do that, nor do I have the knowledge to put it back together. On the other hand, I figure I should send it in. I do have a game stuck inside that I cannot get out because the system will not turn on. Regardless of my ideas, what do you think the problem is and what the best solution would be? Please respond when you can; sooner would be better.[/TD]

I don't think there's anything wrong with the laser lens because usually that just deals with the quality of game play...I think the problem is the hard drive. Try unplugging EVERYTHING, leaving it that way for a few hours. If that doesn't work, try calling someone over to take a look at it or do a live chat with a representative if you haven't already.
