Bushes?

I'm fairly new to the game and i still have no idea where i can get bushes from, can anyone help me out?

Shrub starts won't show up in your town until the Nookling's store expands. Until then, you can sometimes find hibiscus starts on the Island and if you don't mind trading, there's a forum for that here as well.
