Welcome to Burgundy, the rest stop for villagers on the way to their dream homes! I'm saving up to get some nice art done of my mayor and the rest of my villagers so I'll only be accepting BTB. Prices and rules are all in the spoiler below- please read my terms before commenting on my thread! Thank you so much for looking around and I hope you'll consider adopting from Burgundy!
Pricing:
- Tiers will be taken from this list!
- Tier 1 villagers are 100 BTB.
- Tier 2 villagers are 75 BTB.
- Tier 3 villagers are 50 BTB.
- Tier 4 villagers are 25 BTB.
- Tier 5 villagers are free.
- If these prices are unacceptable, please make your own offer and I will adjust these base prices accordingly.
Lurking:
- You may lurk for up to five villagers at a time.
- You may lurk for villagers not currently in the town of Burgundy.
- More than one user can lurk for the same villager.
- Lurkers will be notified thirty minutes that their villager is in boxes thirty minutes before the thread is updated.
- The first user to lurk will be notified first; after thirty minutes, the next user will be notified, and so on.
- There is no fee for lurking for a villager.
Reserving:
- You may only reserve one villager at a time.
- You may only reserve villagers currently in the town of Burgundy.
- The first user to request a reservation will be the one accepted.
- The fee for reserving any villager is 10 BTB, to be paid at the time I accept your reservation.
Miscellaneous Terms:
- All villagers will be held for one hour after going into boxes, regardless of tier.
- Please stay close to me as I take you to your villager's home.
- Running is allowed but don't pull weeds or take flowers.
- Payment is to be sent before entering my town.
- No price offer wars. They get ugly.
- If you've read these terms, please include the following phrase at the end of your post: It's a beautiful day in the neighborhood!
