I was told that was the Zipper toy. If not, how do I get the Zipper toy?

You craft all obtainable items from that point (including the arch), and then he'll give you the Zipper toy DIY. Once you craft that as well, he should give you the wand. I'm working on crafting the Zipper Toy now, so I'll report back in a bit!

Sorry guys I'm stupid, I realized my last needed item was the arch. For some reason it wasn't appearing under seasonal furn. so I figured I had everything and was losing my mind. Haha I got everything now.
