She is planning to move in 4 days. I prefer that she is out sooner than later (like by tomorrow) and if I get a good offer, I will take it, but definitely let me know what you're thinking and I will consider holding if you need more time.

I'm mostly just interested in bells. I would consider furniture sets / interesting items or dreamies, but I need to reset my town. It's easier to hold onto items than villagers lol, I just want to give some people a chance to get the desirable people living in this town before I new game it. I'm in need of bells, but I'm willing to sell for cheaper than normal because I want people to be able to get their dreamies!
