Take all the fruit you want, just don't chop down trees
Take some flowers if you like, just not Jacob's ladders and blue roses.
Harass my villagers all you want, they've got it coming.
Buy anything you want from my shops.
In-game month is July, catch all the fish and bugs you want.
Anything you dig up is yours to keep.
I cannot guarantee a perfect connection, but it's been stable so far!
