Breaking your Nooklings

So, I don't know what i did, or what has happened.
I did timetravel a bit 2 days ago ... maybe that's what caused it?
I also moved the shop twice?

Anyway, for the third day in a row, nook's cranny has offered the exact same items. worse even, the empty spots left after buying a limited time item have had the sold sign for 2 days now too.
what did I do?did anyone else ever experience this?

I've had this happen before when I time travel forward a bit, then back to where I was before, and then time travelled to the same days again. Did Isabelle not report the news either? because that also happened to me in conjunction with this. I wouldn't worry about it too much though, if you go to a day you haven't been to yet then it should restock fine.
