This program allows you to make a stage outside of your Wii, and you have every song available. You get to pick where the players start and everything!
Watch the advertisements section, cuz I'm making a forum where we can share our levels.

An additional feature is that it allows you to use your own picture to display, as long as it is under 300kb and is a JPEG or PNG.
This is a cool find I just found and thought TBT Brawlers could use this.

being a ziped file all i need to download something amirite
