Very stupid. It is is like the innocent some kid kills his parents because he can't play Halo. If your kids aren't mature, they shouldn't see mature things. Some people today though take these as their life.

@Sanji
You know that hitting your children it makes it worst? Same with grounding your kid and stuff. It is better to have a 1 on 1 on your daughter or son and discuss what happened then hitting your children or grounding them. And please don't think that your a adult who has children because you don't. You don't know crap about kids.

They both sound pretty unreasonable.

She shouldn't snoop, but he certainly shouldn't sue her. XD

Parents have to be strict to keep their children on the right track, it's common sense!

And when he sues her and buys him a nice computer or what, and then get charged with court fees,

they're gonna go into poverty and *censored.2.0*'s gonna go down.

Yeah, but another thing is, he doesn't even live with his mom to begin with.

So is it really her parental duty then?

Eh..

And since when did i say 'Im an adult who has kids and i know everything?' show me where and i'll give you

No. It is none of her buisness. She is not really considered owning him in her custody. She is still his Mom but whoever he lives with it is their fault and she doesn't have really the right to go on her kids myspace or something like that and invade it..

@Sanji
I know you don't have kids. Your a 17 year old in College or are you? And you will not give me the money anyways.

well she does have a right to be snooping, i mean she is his mom.
and if there were things he didnt want his mom seeing, then he shouldn't have posted them.
and he shouldn't sue her, she's a mom. thats like her JOB.

You can sue anybody you wanted to. there just has to be a reason why. Also when you saying that if he posted something he didn't want to be seen, he could always pm the person or set the profile to private. But then she could always get away from the block or log on his account.

you have to have a GOOD reason to sue. that's not a good reason at all.
she was looking out for her son, like all mothers should do..

Man puts ladder up for work
Man falls after relising he was given the wrong kind of ladder.
He Sues
HE WINS.

Thats a bogus reason and i guess you call it a good reason, ACCORDING to the guy he'd been doing this work for like 10 years, SURELY he'd be able to tell what ladder was right to use and what wasnt.

Its like the Classic 'Burgler' thing

Burgler is on roof, falls through skylight onto a kitchen counter where a knife was, hitting his leg, he then sued and won 5,000$. IDK if its true, but you call that a good reason?

I think this sueing stuff has become OTT.
