Buying Bow wig, patche-knee pants, tortoise specs

I am looking for a few items on Animal Crossing New Leaf. Unfortunately I had to reset my town because my old one just wasn't working out so I lost everything. I was hoping I could buy a bow wig, patched-knee pants, and a pair of tortoise specs. If anyone can help me out it would be really appreciated!
