@jupiter if it helps, he was just one space away from the spot i wanted him to be in, and the fact that i've been plot resetting so long it made me go a little wacko about it. (x
@bluebelllight yeah i put soo many pwps around my town but not enough apparently. plus he's only been around this spot like 4 times out of like 10985394850. good luck though!

@aubrey895 i would have done that too if i didnt already set such a complicated plan for my town.
@purple888 yeah, all you need is just a LOOOOOOOOOT of pwps scattered everywhere to prevent them from going every where. fountains and fences are recommended since they take up the most space.
