Looking For Bob the cat (asap!)

i was inactive in new leaf for awhile and unfortunately one of my dreamies, Fauna, moved away during my absence. due to the 16 villager cycle i can't have her move in again, and i don't have her amiibo card (or any amiibo cards for that matter), so i figured i'd just look for a new villager as a replacement. that being said, i'm looking for Bob the cat! i have 9 villagers atm and i'd like to ask him to move in as quickly as possible to prevent any randoms from moving in Fauna's place. the 9 villagers i have are all permanent villagers so i won't be moving any out, but i'm willing to pay bells for him if necessary. please let me know if you can scan Bob in or have him in boxes!

i would be willing if i had tbt bells! unfortunately i don't, or at least i think i don't - i'm new to the bell tree forums - so i was really hoping to pay with in game bells if possible
