You have to have someone move out first. Once they do, let someone else move in. When someone pings (if it is not Bob), TT back 2-5 days. Quit, then TT forward the same amount of days you TTed back. Someone else will ping.

and then once he's in boxes, have pillow bunny come and talk him into moving into her town
