Buying Blue Hydrangea starts

I am making a path and i want the path to be outlined (Is this the word i want to use...) or followed by
blue hydrangeas (that word does not work either...)

So i will buy them for in game bells or tbt if you dont have blue hydrangeas then i will take any other bush starts! ^^
