According to nookazon, the average prices are-
2,700,000 for robust statue (looks like this includes real statues too in the average, so obviously much less)
200,000 bells for Mom's Apron
750,000 for sinking painting

I longer have the katana

So maybe 1 million bells reasonable for all three items? You can make an offer!
