Hello!


Today is my Applewin Mayor Jill's birthday. The party is still going. (So, I'm not including a picture.) The villager who greeted her, as I loaded the game to play Jill, was Jambette. Jill is now in Jambette's house. The two additional villagers helping her celebrate are Tia and Kidd.


The three closest villager neighbors are, in order, Stitches, Rosie, and Jambette.


Do you think this has to do with friendship levels? (I haven't paid attention. Jambette has been in Applewin since Day #01. Kidd is fourth in seniority. But, Tia is the ninth of the ten villagers.)

It doesn't have anything to do with how close villagers live to each other or to your house.

The villager who hosts your party is the one you have the highest friendship level with (if there's more than one, it's a random choice between them). The villagers who attend your party are also the ones you have high friendship levels with, I think. If you're best friends with all your villagers, it's probably random.
