I had a friend who was bipolar and he couldn't tell when he was having an issue but I sure could.
Went from being friend to how could you or you aren't really my friend or just have sudden bursts of rage or joy for absolutely no reason.

What you have sounds normal, I feel that way when I'm sick, bipolar is to an extreme.
