I just got Apple of a lovely user here and I tted to the next day and wasn't paying attention to what I was doing and started to the game up as my mayor-.- Now all only 2 pink tulips survived out of a whole patch and my only purple got crushed Shes also next to my campsite which I didn't want So this is a warning.. always pay attention when you decided you're going to get a villagers plot.. meeeer.
I do have the beautiful town ordinance I'm saying she decided to plop her house on my only tulip hybrids-.-
Well whats done is done, I can learn to live with it xD
omg that just sucks. sometimes, i feel like the game should allow you to rope off a certain area so that they can't land there. At least the villager who did it is super cute!
I've been getting lucky when it comes to the random villager move-ins; my friend recently passed along her Drago and he only crushed some unimportant flowers (and only like 5 of them). And any other villager I've invited generally has been in okay places on the first time loading the game.
Mira crushed some flowers and a bush, but it wasn't much of a loss for me since they weren't hybrids. But it would be nice if we could choose where the houses go. :<
Aww that sucks.
I lost all my flowers and Hybrids when I time travelled for the first time and I didn't have the beautiful ordinance. I also lost my favourite villager.
Safe to say I learnt my lesson.
I don't time travel at all anymore.
Best thing to do is put up a bunch of those PWP fences all over your village. Keeps special spots safe and put your good flowers there. There's only a couple PWP I wanted, like the lighthouse.
Yeah, something similar happened to me with Blanche. I was resetting for a good plot while drowsy, and after a while I accidentally loaded up my mayor; she ended up quite literally one space in front of the town hall. It was the WORST possible spot for her to plot her house.
I had Pompom move in recently from another town and I'd forgotten to count days (for the reset trick). I was doing a multi-player session one day (which forces you to save) and noticed her house plot right on top of a few of my perfect fruit trees soon after I closed the session... Naturally I was upset about that, but relieved that it had only been my smallest garden (only half a dozen trees compared to the dozen or more near my house). I was also glad that it wasn't my only one...
I couldn't stay angry at her for long, though. She's just so adorable!
I know what it feels like losing something important like that, though. Despite the horrible placement, I hope you can at least get your hybrids back.
