ok so i rlly need tbt for art and collectables but how do i get more? ik i can post and stuff but i dont get alot from it. ty if you post on this thread!

The longer your posts are, the more bells you will receive from them. You get more from posting in different sections. Most people get TBT from selling collectibles they own or selling art. I don’t think my art is good enough for a shop, so I just stick to posting and selling collectibles.

The maximum amount of bells you can receive from a post is ten, though. If you’re just active around the forum, the bells will add up pretty quickly. There’s really no secret to getting bells, otherwise.

there's a ton of ways to get tbt, but the easiest way is to just post or sell collectibles. make your posts quality posts full of your thoughts and you'll get bells pretty efficiently. I think editing your posts also take away TBT, or that used to be the case anyways.

I thought editing only added or took away TBT depending on how much you added or subtracted from your post? That’s how I thought it worked anyway.

Some people sell in-game items for games like Animal Crossing or Pokémon, or Chicken Smoothie or Flight Rising. Members who are skilled at art sell commissions.

Participating in forum events, like the Valentine's Day event that just ended, and earning collectibles (like the Pavé Pink Feather from said event) that you are willing to sell is a solid way of earning some TBT. As someone who is bad at art, aside from posting, I've always had to rely on selling event collectibles. You need to pay attention to the demand among the community and see what's popular, but it can pay off.

be good enough at art for people to be willing to pay you to make stuff or sell valuable collectibles

those are the only real paths to quick tbt, afaik
