Where do you go IGN? 1-UP? G4? Youtuber?

Yeah IGN sucks.David said:IGn sucks di-ck. they dock games like medal of honor for frame rate problems, ive played through the entire game, no problem whatsoever, and then they give games that have frequent frame rate slow downs, like gta4, 10/10. another stupid rating that comes to mind is pokemon heart gold, they docked that for being a remake. lol
They rated Fallout New Vegas down for technical problems and lip syncing issues. 15 hours in, and no issues whatsoever. Herp da derp.David said:IGn sucks di-ck. they dock games like medal of honor for frame rate problems, ive played through the entire game, no problem whatsoever, and then they give games that have frequent frame rate slow downs, like gta4, 10/10. another stupid rating that comes to mind is pokemon heart gold, they docked that for being a remake. lol
A lot of reviews about New Vegas say it's the same as Fallout 3 and full of bugs, then give it a high score.Pear said:They rated Fallout New Vegas down for technical problems and lip syncing issues. 15 hours in, and no issues whatsoever. Herp da derp.
That part didn't affect me, because it's my first Fallout game.AndyB said:A lot of reviews about New Vegas say it's the same as Fallout 3 and full of bugs, then give it a high score.Pear said:They rated Fallout New Vegas down for technical problems and lip syncing issues. 15 hours in, and no issues whatsoever. And I'm sure you've all seen the intro bug, however from what I've heard off friends... they haven't run into bugs that have broken the game.
Also, intro bug incase you haven't. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ToKIkw3LIoQ
As for the thread, I don't read reviews. I know what I like.
I wish all reviews were like this.-Aaron said:Kotaku.
They don't give out numbers like other sites do, they just say what's the pros and cons of the game.
This. If I really care enough. I'll look and read em, but they usually don't change my mind about a certain title.-Aaron said:Kotaku.

Metacritics ok, but the problems is fanboys mess up the score.Coelacanth said:I usually go to Gametrailers for IGN for reviews. For ratins I go to Metacritic since they have one composite score based on ratings from many different sources.
I'll occasionally read them in the GameInformer magazine, but that's about it for me. Like Andy, I don't really read reviews. I don't need other people to tell me what I should and shouldn't like.AndyB said:A lot of reviews about New Vegas say it's the same as Fallout 3 and full of bugs, then give it a high score.Pear said:They rated Fallout New Vegas down for technical problems and lip syncing issues. 15 hours in, and no issues whatsoever. I do that sometimes too.FarrenTheRobot said:I usually just look at a couple random reviews, and based off of those I'll decide whether to buy.
