Hello! So, around 5 days ago I started a new town. I'm at the point where I can get ordinances. I have few bells, but can afford to enact one, so what do you guys think I should do? My two options are beautiful town, and the bell one. The bell one would help me gain more bells so I can pay off loans and progress faster, and beautiful town will help keep my town more maintained. I like to have Bell Boom activated when I start a new town, since I don't have a garden to worry about. It's nice for gaining extra bells, which are especially useful during this time.
Of course you will probably want to switch to Beautiful Town once you have a lot of flowers, but until then, enjoy the extra bells.

I suggest Beautiful!!! i started my town a few days ago and gave it the beautiful ordinace.
I did the late ordinace before on one of my towns but i changed it later, too annoyed of trash in the sea.

Personally I find the beautiful town great for when I can't play regularly, so I don't come back to find my flowers are wilted. 
Like others have said though, it will really show its use when you've accumulated a lot of flowers already

I started off with Beautiful as I did want to start growing hybrid flowers pretty early on. I'd suggest going to the island to earn bells, as soon as you have it unlocked! That shouldn't take you too long.. In the meanwhile to get to that stage, I'd suggest to try & find a perfect fruit so you can start planting those trees to earn bells quickly

I’d say either Bell Boom (helps you make money quicker) or Beautiful (saves you having to worry about weeds/watering flowers)!
I guess it depends on what your priorities are. If you want to start working on breeding hybrids early or don't want to keep up with watering your flowers, I would go with Beautiful Town Ordinance.
If those things don't bother you and you want to earn money faster, then go with Bell Boom Ordinance. Keep in mind that the cost of certain things increases as well when you have Bell Boom enacted, but you should still come out ahead.

Bells do build up pretty easily, so I never seen a point in needing it.
Beautiful has always been my priority due to how many flowers I have. I enjoy breeding hybrids, and it saves me from watering hundreds of flowers every single day, and not worrying about them dying.
Overall pick the style you prefer. But my vote will be beautiful. Im too lazy to pull weeds and water flowers daily.

i think bell boom is the best choice for now unless you don't play very often and/or you have a lot of flowers that you want to keep alive. once money isn't as much of an issue for you, it'd probably be good to switch to beautiful town.

I like to start out with Bell Boom. The prices of home upgrades and PWPs don't change, so you can earn more bells faster with Bell Boom. After I've upgraded my house and/or built whatever PWPs I really want, I usually switch to the Beautiful Town ordinance because I hate watering all of the flowers.
I never really bother with the time ordinances because I'm a naughty, naughty time traveler.

Depends. If you take occasionally breaks, or just don't always have time to play, then Beautiful town, since you won't have any hybrids. But if you want to start developing your town, pwps and the such, then Bell boom is great for getting bells to pay off things.
