I'm in need of headphones. Not earbuds, holy crap, actual headphones.
I'm getting a job and will have some money to store up so I can save up on stuff.. So like.. anyone have suggestions on long lasting headphones?
For the mid-range in price, AKG K-44 has the longest wire length I've seen on headphones, and will last a long time. I really like Klipsch headphones but they are harder to find and more expensive.
I've had quite a few pairs of headphones, and I can say that none have come close to my Bose QuietComfort 15's. They have the best sound, best noise canceling, they're the most comfortable... they're just amazing in pretty much every regard. I think the 15's are being discontinued and Bose recently released the QuietComfort 25's, but I'm sure they're just as good. They are pretty pricey, but more than worth it in my opinion. They also have a mic attachment so you can use them for online gaming, Skype, etc.
If you have the cash to spare, try them. I promise you'll love them.
