So I was wanting to know who you're best/worst villager you've had, even if they had already moved.

Rooney and Bluebear are the best villagers ever.
In terms of villagers I hate, I don't like Greta and Mallary. I don't really hate them, just can't tolerate them anymore.
Just for staying in my town longer than anticipated, and are trying to get some attention from me buy wearing some of my custom designed shirts.

Worst villager for me was Tiffany 
I know it's not her fault, but her moving in was the straw that broke the camel's back and convinced me to reset my previous town. Her design was just not my type.
Best villager goes to Vesta
I initially disliked her. But she warmed up to me and convinced me that first impressions don't last...well, most of the time (see: Tiffany reaction above).

best villager i have is francine. perfect villager in every way <3
worst one was stinky he messed up my plot resetting plans for months. glad i got rid of him but it was difficult since he was my 10th villager

The best villagers I had are Coco and Chow, They're one of the first four original villagers when I started the game, and I liked how they are when you talk to them and all The worst one was Hazel, not only was she annoying, she destroyed a lot of my hybrids when she built her house next to mine. Next to hazel would be Apple and Francine just because they placed their houses in really terrible places as well, and they're not interesting to interact with..

My best are tied between Anicotti and Fang. Anicotti never fails to make me smile even in worst days, and Fang is just an amazing cranky. Really really love both of them <3
Worst...um, Barold I think? I didn't hate him, but he was a random streetpass move in and he plopped his house in an annoying place. And it took him 7 months to finally move...

My favourite villager in my town at the moment is Kiki, she's so sweet, and she reminds me of my cat, Spook, who passed away a few months ago :c

My best three villagers were Clay, Kyle and Erik, all in that order. Although Clay moved out due to a foolish error of mine, Kyle and Erik both still reside in Labryth today. Kyle's one of the sweetest villagers I've ever had; giving me some amazing gifts and generally being a lovable little hyena-wolf, and Erik's warm, relaxing home was one that inspired the theme I've got going- complete with my favourite song in the game, Neapolitan.
However, the worst? Celia. When Clay moved out, I was upset. However, matters were only made worse by Celia moving into my town. I've never been fond of villagers with rather peculiar eyes (though I can tolerate Lolly's speechmark eyes, somehow), and as far as I was concerned, this made her absolutely disgusting to look at. I quickly replaced her with Lolly, and ignored her until she moved away. Perhaps it was just my grudge against her for replacing Clay, but I wanted nothing to do with her.
I ought to give an honourable mention to the elephant Tia for being one of the best villagers I've had ever. I still miss her to this day.

Filllllberrrrtttt. He's the cutest thing alive ;-; I love his house design in New Leaf too. He was the best in Cakebury. Definitely putting him a future second town and NOT accidentally getting him into boxes.
Also Kiki because she was my best friend in my old Wild World town. Only thing I miss about that town. Always had a soft spot for cats too.
Portia from Wild World was my worst enemy, but in New Leaf it's Pompom. She's showed up in two towns and always irritated me. Something about her just rubs me the wrong way.

Worst? Antonio. Got him from Streetpass, hated him so much! And he wouldn't move! Freckles too was horrible.
Best... I don't know. There are so many awesome villagers. Probably Francine, my bestie as usual. Or maybe Ruby. I miss her sometimes...

My worst have been Agent S and Biff, simply because they put their dang houses right where I intended to put my pattern mule's houses D: I was very upset. And they're ugly.

Best... probably Stitches, Olivia, Agnes, Colton... each of my current dreamies, haha. But I had Kiki once in my old town, and she was so nice. I really loved her.
Worst is definitely Cally. From the second I laid eyes on her, I did not like her one bit. I was even blessed enough to get her in both of my towns :')

In my current game, I would say either Kabuki or Lucky are the best. They crack me up.
Worst would be Paula. Moved in right beside me, back before I knew about plot resetting & the 9th villager thing, crushing a bunch of hybrids. She wouldn't leave for a month, and I just hate her stupid face.
In CF I loved Camofrog & Moe. Can't remember who I hated
