Bells Limit

What is the limit on the amount of Bells you can have in the ABD? I haven't saved enough Bells to know, but if anyone has reached the limit or knows the amount, please shed some light on me xD

I know you get an item for storing 100,000,000 bells, but after that there's no more reward so can that possibly be the limit?

It's definitely not 100million. Because I have over 350mil in one account.

The length of the 100million number is pretty much the entire length of the slot where it shows how much you want to deposit/withdraw, so I wonder if 999,999,999 is the limit. 1billion would bump up the number length by 1 character, which looks like it might be too big to fit in the slot.

Incidentally, 1billion bells is one of my long-term goals for New Leaf...

I have just over 100mil in my other town, too. xD; I want to get up to 1billion, cumulatively. Gonna be a whiiiile.

I suppose eventually I could personally test what the bell limit is. o:

Haha 1 billion is my goal as well, but by that time I'll feel like I've done everything and in turn 'completed' the game.

I don't remember for WW, and I wasn't nearly as good at making bells then. o:

Good luck getting to 1billion! Hopefully at least one of us makes it. : D I want to get the complete catalog too, haha. I'm a completionist and a hoarder and I'm pretty ridiculous. xDD; At least it keeps me interested in the game?

Yep the bell limit is 999,999,999. Personally I'd never even get close to that, but it's nice to dream xD I had about 70 million before my data corrupted. Now I have about 1 million haha
