beautiful town ordinance question

If you have the beautiful town ordinance does this mean you will not fish up trash? I keep getting that task for CAT machine points and I am not able to find any trash.

Yes, when you have the beautiful town ordinance, you will not fish up any trash. I'm not sure why they have that task even though you got beautiful town ordinance, so hopefully they will improve that in the next game. Also, if you want to grab those coupons for that particular task, you'll have to switch from your current ordinance to something else in order to fish up trash. You can always change it back to beautiful town ordinance after getting the coupons.
