I'll check for you! I'm not sure what his house originally looks like so I'll post a screenshot of what it looks like now

UPDATE: I can't seem to catch him when he's in his house and time travelling is out of the question, but his phrase for sure isn't original, but his shirt is.

Thank you all for the bumps and feedback! I'm not used to selling super popular villagers (I thought Beau was, last I checked, haha) so I wasn't sure.

usually for original popular villagers, you can easily get over 200 btb for someone, esp if they're a dreamie.
but for unoriginals it's less likely, i mean who wants to pay high end pricing for a villager who might come to your town with a house filled with bugs, an ugly shirt an a catch phrase that might be derogatory or rude~ i hope you find him a loving home.

Well, it'll be November 2nd and my time zone is EST. I'll be available most of the day. I got another offer though, so if they don't come through I'll message you.

I completely understand that reasoning, yeah. I'm not putting my price back higher or arguing, but for sure he was my sister's and she hates when their houses are full of ugly stuff so she refuses unless it looks nice. His catchphrase though is so ridiculous, it's "duckie", which she was doing to everyone in town >.< His shirt's original though. Other than his catchphrase, I don't even know if his house is original or not because every time I stop by he's not in there ;-; There's a possibility it may be because I don't think he was in town very long.
