- Never to sell him or you will be excluded from all the future give away AND turnips run
Not a requirement but I like wifi rating after since it shows that you are thankful and does not take this for granted

I get to choose who get the villager but it will mostly be first come first serve since you have to past all the requirements first.

Ends when the first person with all the qualification post.(or 1 day if no one comes, doubt that will happen though)
