Looking for Punchy for one of them and bells for the other.

Beau isn't original, dunno about his house. Chief is probably about 90%-100% original, still having his shirt, catchphrase and stuff. he might've sold some stuff in his house though, i dunno.

Don't care about Punchy's originality as long as his house isn't an eyesore.

Actually, Beau usually goes for about 30million on the chart. @~@ which i think is ridiculous personally. I was looking at about 15... but since I've got a Punchy offer it looks like Beau's not going to be available anyway.

Absolutely. I've been working on Beau and Chief all day long with no luck, so it works for me too.
